This message appears if the password you use doesnât match the password Showbie has:
Unable to Login
Invalid username and/or password.
No worries! Thereâs a couple different ways to recover your account. First, what did you forget?
Forgotten Email
There isnât an automated way to confirm what email address you use for Showbie but if youâve been receiving notification emails from Showbie, try signing in with the email address in the To field of the emails.
If you donât have any notification emails from Showbie, please contact us at support@showbie.com so we can help you recover your account.
For students, teachers can find the username or email for your account and reset your password for you. Please get in touch with them, if you need help accessing your account.Â
Forgotten Password
If you linked your Showbie account to your email address, you can request that a link be emailed to you to change your Showbie password. Hereâs how to do this:
Teachers - is your school using Showbie Pro?
Great! The administrator for your schoolâs Showbie account can also reset your password for you by using Showbieâs admin dashboard. Hereâs a guide to help your school admin do this.
Google Signup
If you signed up to Showbie with your Google account, please make sure youâre signing in via the Sign in with Google button.
If you canât sign into Google, please try going through Googleâs account support to recover your account.
