Managing Your Individual Pro Subscription

Change your payment information or view invoices.

For when you are no longer Basic

If you have an annual Showbie Pro Indivdiual Teacher subscription, you can access your invoices, cancel your subscription, and manage your billing and payment information.

To manage your subscription, please activate your account using this link. This is a separate account from your Showbie account and is solely for managing your subscription.

Activating Your Account

  • You can activate your account here or by going to the Recurly page and clicking Create an Account 

  • Enter the email address that was used to purchase your pro (this may or may not be the same email you use with Showbie) and an activation link will be sent to that email

  • Click the activation link in the email to start managing your subscription

Update your billing information

Once you’re logged into the Recurly website, you can update your billing information and other account settings.

Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password for this account, simply click Forgot your password? at the sign-in page. You will be asked to enter the email you used to sign up where you’ll receive a link to reset your password.
