Showbie captures a minimal amount of personal data -- all of which is necessary in order to deliver our service. Personal data collected includes:
First name
Last name
Profile name
Password
Profile photo (optional)
Note that email addresses are not required for students to create Showbie accounts. Students’ information isn’t visible to Showbie or the school; any personal information entered into the Showbie iOS or web app is encrypted across Showbie’s service, including at rest.
