In case of error message, please read carefully 👀

When trying to save a file into a Showbie folder or when navigating in the app, you encounter an error message that reads:

An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made.

Solutions

There are two easy solutions to this error:

  • Try turning your device's Wifi on/off
  • Restart the iPad and hold both the Power and Home buttons for 10 seconds then wait for the Apple Logo to appear. Check to see if the SSL prompt error in Showbie appears again.
