If you're having trouble opening Showbie on the web app, it might be because you're using a browser that's not supported. The list of supported browsers includes:

  • Chrome 29+
  • Safari 7+
  • Firefox 28+
  • IE 11+
  • Microsoft Edge

To check which version you're using, you can click on "About..." on the top left corner if you're using a desktop/laptop. On a mobile device, the version will be shown in your app settings.
