There are a few issues you might run into while trying to upload files from cloud storage services like Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.

Recent Files from SharePoint

If you're having issues selecting a SharePoint file from the Recent tab in the OneDrive file picker, you can try navigating directly to the file in it's normal location.

Unfortunately this is related to OneDrive and not something that Showbie can change. 

File picker popup fails to open

Having a Microsoft account doesn’t necessarily mean that you have access to OneDrive. If the file flashes and then closes immediately, or closes after you’ve logged into your Microsoft account you should ensure you are able to sign-in to onedrive.com.

If you have multiple Microsoft accounts you may need to clear your browser cookies and/or browser cache in order to sign-in to a different account.
