Uploading from an iPad
Uploading to Materials or directly to a student's folder from your iPad is easy:
Navigate to the folder (Materials or a student).
Tap the ➕ icon.
Tap Import Document.
Choose the app you'd like to upload from (e.g. Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox).
Select the file you'd like to upload.
Tip: If you don’t see your cloud service, make sure it’s enabled in the iPad Files app under Browse.
Uploading on the Web
To upload from cloud storage using a web browser:
Navigate to the folder you want to upload into (Materials or a student).
Click the ➕ icon.
Click Add from Drive (Google Drive) or Add from OneDrive.
Sign in to your Google or Microsoft account when prompted.
Select the file you want to upload.
🚨Make sure pop-ups are not blocked in your browser as this may prevent the login window from appearing.
Troubleshooting Tips
If your cloud storage isn’t showing up:
Ensure you're signed in to the correct cloud account.
On iPad, check that the file provider is enabled in the Files app.
On web, try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser.
