'Can't Join Class' Error Message
If a student tries to join your class and gets the message:
"Can't join class. You no longer have access to this class. Please contact your teacher for more information." They may have been blocked from your class.
To resolve this, simply unblock your student!
How to unblock a Student
Unblocking a student is a quick process:
Tap on the class the student is blocked from
Tap the Settings Menu (circled ellipses)
Tap Members
Tap Students
Scroll to the bottom of the student list and tap Blocked Students
Find the desired student and tap Unblock from Class

If your student sees the message: "Waiting to Join", this means you must approve them to join your class. Approving them is simple and easy! Here's how students Join Classes and you can approving them to join.
If your student sees the message: "You have exceeded the total amount of operations that can be performed on this resource"
Showbie allows up to 40 class or group code attempts, successful or not, within a one-hour period. If you exceed this limit, a one-hour cooldown will apply before you can try another code or the code again and you’ll see the error message shown above.
