Move assignments into other folders within your class.

Moving assignments into a folder within a class lets you reorganize them! To move an assignment into a folder, you will first need to create at least one folder in your class.

Moving assignments using the Web App

To move an assignment into a folder on the Web App:

  • Find the assignment within the class

  • Hover your cursor over the assignment so that the 3-dot icon appears

  • Click the 3-dot icon

  • Click Move... in the menu that appears

  • Select the folder in which you would like to move the assignment

    • Click the class name to reveal its folders

    • Click a folder to reveal its subfolders (if there are any)

  • Click Move Assignment to finish

Moving assignments using the iPad App (iOS)

To move an assignment into a folder on the iPad:

  • Find the assignment within the class

  • Tap and hold the assignment until a menu appears

  • Tap Move Assignment

  • Select the folder in which you would like to move the assignment

    • Tap the class name to reveal its folders

    • Tap a folder to reveal its subfolders (if there are any)

  • Click Move Assignment to finish
