Easily view the students at your Showbie school!

Students in the Admin Dashboard

Looking for an easy way to keep track of your Showbie Students? The Students List in the Admin Dashboard is here to help! In the Students List you can easily see all of the students in classes at your school. Here you can view:

  • Student Name

  • Showbie Username

  • Email Address (if included)

  • Last Active Date*

You can also resend a student's email confirmation, deactivate the account, or change a student's password using the 3-dot actions menu in the student row.

💡 If a student's account was created via SSO, you will be prompted to assign them a username and password as in the image below when resetting their password in the Admin Dashboard.

Generate QR Codes in Student List

You also have the ability to generate QR codes for all of your students in bulk via the 'Get QR Codes' option! Downloading the QR codes for all students via the Students List will enable QR Codes for all students. You will then be provided with a downloadable PDF of all Student QR codes that you can distribute to teachers and students appropriately.

QR codes can still be enabled and downloaded per class by teacher as well.

QR codes provide direct access to student accounts and should be used with security best-practices in mind!

As Student List is currently in beta*, so there may be students missing from your list due to multi-school classes (classes with co-teachers from different schools), or if a student is part of classes that weren’t archived from their previous school.

As students join classes created by teachers at your school in the new school year, they will appear on your dashboard. Please contact Showbie Support for any additional assistance with missing students.

*Last Active Date Indicates the date of most recent login. If it is blank, this means a student has not logged in for the last 90 days. This field may take up to 24 hours to update.
