You can share your Showbie-created files and your uploaded files to other apps on your iOS or iPadOS device. Listed here are the general steps for sharing files from Showbie into common apps.

Showbie files can be exported to any compatible app available in your device’s Share menu, such as Pages, Keynote, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive, and many other productivity or classroom apps.

💡 Make sure Sharing Access is enabled for the app you are sharing to.

To share the original document in the file format that was uploaded to Showbie:

Long press on the file or document within the assignment folder.

Find and select the View Original option.

1. This will open a file viewer with a Share Icon in the top right corner. 

Select the Share Icon in the file viewer.

Select an app to share into from the list of apps on your iOS device.

Supported Apps for File Sharing from Showbie

Sharing annotated PDFs from Showbie is supported by apps that can open the PDF file type. Sharing the original file is supported by apps that can open the file type that originally uploaded to Showbie. Common apps that support this option include:

- Pages (.pages)
- Numbers (.numbers)
- Keynote (.keynote)
- GarageBand (.band)
- Files
- iCloud Drive
