Showbie portfolios are sorted chronologically according to the date the work was added to the portfolio. Teachers will only be able to see students’ work if it has been contributed from a class that they teach.

While in a student's assignment folder, you can also tap the star icon to view the portfolio of that student.

The portfolio view can be grouped by Class, Subject, or Year Group. Use the Group option in the top navigation of a student's portfolio to change the way items are sorted.

Changing a class's settings affects how portfolio items are grouped. You can update the class name, subject, or year group to change how saved items appear in the portfolio.
