When to Delete an Assessment

Deleting is a good option when:

  • The assessment is no longer relevant.

  • You accidentally created a duplicate.

  • You want to remove outdated content.

To get rid of quizzes you no longer need, go to your Assessment Library and find the quiz you'd like to delete.

  1. Tap the More Options button (⋯) next to it.

  2. Select the Delete option.

✍️ When you delete an Assessment, it’s moved to the trash, where you can select:

  • Restore: return the assessment to your library.

  • Delete forever: remove the assessment from your library permanently.

Alternatives to Deleting

Not ready to delete an assessment? Try these options:

  • Rename the Assessment (e.g., “Old Version - Do Not Use”).

  • Organize old Assessments into specific folders to keep them out of the way.

How to Restore a Deleted Assessment

  1. Open the Assessments tab (checkmark icon) in Showbie's sidebar or top navigation.

  2. Tap the Deleted tab.

  3. Find the assessment or quiz to restore.

  4. Tap the More Options button (⋯) next to it.

  5. Select the Restore option.

Your restored assessment will then reappear in your quiz library with the same name and content.
