Here’s how to keep your class content organized, intuitive, and easy to navigate using Showbie’s class folders feature.
With Class Folders, you can:
Keep relevant activities together in one place
Navigate through materials easier
Designate folders within folders for further organization
Create a Folder
As a teacher you can create folders at any time. Creating folders allows for the organizing of assessments, however you see fit.
To create a folder, click on the Assessments icon to open your library, then click New Folder.
A menu will appear, enter the New Folder's name and click Create. Subfolders can also be created by first going into a folder and creating them there:
Once created, you'll be taken directly into the folder where you can start creating your Assessments.
Rename Folders
To rename folders, find the folder in your Library you'd like to rename and click on the Pen icon.
Once you do, you'll be able to enter the new name and click Rename.
Creating Subfolders
To further organize your classes and activities, you can create sub-folders.
Open the folder you'd like to create a subfolder in and click "New Folder" on the right. A menu will appear, and you can give your subfolder a name. Then, click "Create":
Your new subfolder will appear at the top of the page within your folder. You can reorganize it if you'd like!
