Showbie Solo Pro Refund Policy

Whether you're upgrading to a school account, or retiring from teaching, we want to help make this transition easier.

Here are our refund policies for Showbie Pro: 

Annual Solo Pro

Subscribers can request a full refund up to 30 days following their subscription start date. Please note requests for refunds following this 30-day period will not be fulfilled.

Transitioning from Solo Pro to School Subscriptions

If your school or district purchases licenses for teachers at any time during your subscription term we will gladly provide you with a prorated refund on your annual solo pro subscription.  

If you would like to request a refund on a recent subscription purchase or renewal contact support@showbie.com

  • Your credit card may apply additional fees when exchanging from non-US currency.

  • Refunds will be issued by the payment method used for the billing cycle.

You can also cancel an upcoming renewal through your Account Management page in Recurly.

Please contact Apple Support so that they can help you with a refund.
