You can add or change an administrator at your school or district to manage your Pro licenses. To get started, login to the admin dashboard via https://dashboard.showbie.com.
Once logged in, click on the Admin Tools button near the top-right corner:
You'll see a quick overview message of what you can do with the admin tools:
Click on Let's get started
Scroll down the list to option K to add/change administrators
You'll be prompted to answer some questions about the name and email of the current admin and the new admin to be added/changed. Please make sure to complete the entire form fully and Submit. Once done, we'll review and fulfill the request within 5 business days.
Also please note, admin requests can only be fulfilled within the same school/district. Requests to add/change admins in a different school/district will not be fulfilled.
