You can add or change an administrator at your school or district to manage your Pro licenses. To get started, login to the admin dashboard via

Once logged in, click on the Request Import Services button near the top-right corner:

You'll see a quick overview message of what you can do with the admin tools:

  • Click on Let's get started

  • 'Showbie'

  • Scroll down the list to option I to add/change administrators

You'll be prompted to answer some questions about the name and email of the current admin and the new admin to be added/changed. Please make sure to complete the entire form fully and Submit. Once done, we'll review and fulfill the request within 5 business days. 

Also please note, admin requests can only be fulfilled within the same school/district. Requests to add/change admins in a different school/district will not be fulfilled.
