Once a student account is created and signed into, joining classes is easy! Follow these simple steps to learn how students can join classes:
Students can open their Showbie App and tap on the plus (+) icon at the top right of the Classes header.
The class code can be entered here, which is provided by the class teacher.
Tap Join.
Teacher’s classes are set to Join by Approval by default. As such, the student will see a message saying "Waiting to Join Class", and won't be able to see the class content until they are approved to join.
Tip:
If a student is getting an error message when trying to join a class, check that the code is correct. A teacher can also check to ensure they are not already blocked from the class.
