When your number of assignments are getting a little too high, it can be tough to see which needs your attention the most. Luckily there's the Gradebook! This gives teachers a summarized view of assignment(s), to quickly see which assignments and students you may need to check on.

To find it, go to the class you need, tap the Class Menu (wrench shaped icon) and select Overview.

Here, you'll be able to see your assignments and grades all in one place:

A calendar icon with an '!' will show in the overview next to the Status if it's been submitted past the due date:

The other icons displayed in the overview will correspond to the current status of a student's assignment. This status will have been set by either yourself (the teacher) or by the student. It will display whether feedback and/or a grade has been provided, and if work has been submitted.

You can also filter the assignments if you have class folders in Showbie. Look for the dropdown arrow at the top of the screen to select a class folder.

💡 To download/export the grades you've added as a CSV, click the 'Share' icon in the top right hand corner of the Gradebook Overview.
